Energy Statements

A Planning Energy Statement (PES) is a document required by local authorities in the UK as part of the planning application process. It outlines the energy efficiency measures that will be implemented in a proposed development, as well as the expected energy consumption and carbon emissions. The purpose of the PES is to ensure that new buildings meet the energy efficiency standards set the government and contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

Starting From Just £99 (No VAT Added).

Energy Statements often go hand in hand with SAP calculations for extensions.
